Rupert Scarr was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, as the saying goes.
His life should have been easy street, and for a while, it was. BUT, "Life is not meant to be easy," says the sage, After a few run-ins with local law enforcement, the rich, brilliant, but bored Rupert is offered two choices: State Reformatory, or Military School.
It didn't take much paternal pressure to convince him to accept the latter. What Rupert didn't anticipate, was his father's choice of school:
Palau Island Grammar School (known affectionately as "PIGS") is situated on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean. It operates under a Treaty with the Republic of Pacifica that gives the Board of Governors total power over the school grounds and pupils. At PIGS, nothing is politically correct.
